refactor: 将 libcore 转换为 Git 子模块并更新 .gitignore
- 将 libcore 从直接提交转换为 Git 子模块管理
- 更新 .gitignore 排除 libcore 编译产物(bin/, node_modules/, *.tar.gz, *.aar)
- 保留 libcore 源码用于 GitHub Actions 在线编译
