新增 /dashboard/invite-management 页面，调用 GET /v1/admin/invite/list 接口展示全局邀请关系列表。
包含邀请人/被邀请人信息、状态、佣金、赠送天数等列，支持关键词和 ID 筛选、分页。
附带修复提现页收款码图片缺少 width/height 的 lint 问题。
