ea20a1016e fix: 更新环境变量和API目标地址

Details 
- 统一各环境中的VITE_APP_BASE_URL值为/
- 将vite配置中的API目标地址从api.hifast.biz更新为h.hifastvpn.com
- 删除无用的aaa.txt文件
